image of buying a ticket at a fare machineTransLink fare machines are now in use at selected QR stations.

This is part of the TransLink Transit Authority's program to introduce the go card.

You can use notes and coins to buy single, daily and off-peak daily tickets from the fare machine at this station.

Single and daily Airtrain tickets to the Domestic and International Airport stations are also available for purchase. Please check scheduled services before purchasing your ticket.

The touch screen is easy to use and gives step-by-step instructions to help you buy your ticket.

  1. select your ticket type (single, daily or off-peak daily)
  2. select your fare type (adult, concession, school or child)
  3. select your destination using the map or alphabetical list
  4. insert your money and retrieve the ticket and change.

If using a note to buy your ticket please be aware that the machine will not accept your note if the change required is more than A$19.90. Change will be provided in coins.

You can also top up your go card and check your go card transaction history using this machine. Notes and EFTPOS (direct debit only) can be used to top up your go card.
