How the Concept Design and Impact Management Plan (CDIMP) is undertaken and what it investigates is guided by its Terms of Reference. The Terms of Reference outlines the environmental, social and economic matters to be addressed in the CDIMP. The community was encouraged to help shape the CDIMP by commenting on the draft Terms of Reference between Monday 19 November and Sunday 16 December 2007.
