 Our values
The TransLink Transity Authority (TTA) has established a Values Committee who meet monthly to keep the values energised and discuss how the values are perceived in the workplace. The members are conduits between our employees and leadership team. The values are driven by all TTA employees and the activities and strategies are lead by the Values Committee.
Some of the key activities that stem from the values are:
- regular staff satisfaction surveys, which are evidence of how we are living the values and also gives us suggestions from our employees on improvements
- voluntary lunchbox session for employees sharing information or passing on skills for personal or work related challenges
