The TransLink Transit Authority makes public transport easy to catch across South East Queensland. Our integrated ticketing system allows you to transfer between all TransLink services within a nominated parameter and within two hours, at no extra cost.

The new go card will streamline your travel across the TransLink network even further by automatically calculating and deducting your ticket price from the stored value on the card.

Quick info for buying your ticket

  • if you are buying your ticket from a vending machine at a train station, simply enter the listed code for your destination and the machine will calculate the zones and fare
  • if you have a TransLink weekly or monthly ticket, you can renew these tickets in advance of expiry to avoid queuing up at the last minute
  • if you need to travel to a zone outside your ticket parameter, you can buy an extension for that part of the trip
