The Ten Trip Saver ticket is one of the last non-integrated tickets remaining in the TransLink network. Brisbane Transport has indicated that the tickets are failing at a rate of approximately 900 to 1,100 per week due to a combination of both the age of the equipment and the magnetic strip on the Ten Trip Saver ticket stock. This high incidence of faulty tickets is impacting on the running time of Brisbane Transport buses and decreasing the level of customer satisfaction. 10.
