TransLink operates within 23 zones across South East Queensland from Noosa on the Sunshine Coast to Cooloongatta on the Gold Coast and west to Helidon.

The zones radiate as a series of concentric circles from Brisbane's central business district.

With a TransLink go card you can travel seamlessly using one card on TransLink bus, train and ferry services across South East Queensland.

Use the fare table to calculate the cost of a single fare according to the number of zones you use in a journey.

TransLink tickets


TransLink tickets are available as single, daily, off-peak daily, weekly, monthly and group tickets.

Singleone-way ticket to reach your destination, including transfers between any transport modes within 2 hours*
Dailyunlimited travel on all TransLink services until the last scheduled service of the day** on the date of issue and within the zones printed on the ticket
Off-peak dailydiscounted unlimited travel between 9am and 3.30pm and after 7pm, and all day on weekends and gazetted public holidays, within the zones printed on the ticket
Weeklyunlimited travel on all TransLink services for seven consecutive days from the date of issue and within the zones printed on the ticket
Monthlyunlimited travel on all TransLink services for one calendar month from the date of issue and within the zones printed on the ticket
Groupone free adult ticket for every ten passengers on Queensland Rail (QR) services only - read the QR group bookings brochure (PDF, 62KB) for more information


* Transfers must be made between different route numbered services (return journeys are not permitted). Passengers travelling through 11 zones or more will have their final transfer time extended by 90 minutes.
** This includes services timetabled to 2am the next day (these are considered part of the previous day's timetable). Please note, all NightLink services are considered part of the previous day's timetable.
